Job summary

American Senior Communities in Lafayette, Indiana seeks compassionate CNAs or HHAs to provide daily living assistance, ensure residents’ dignity, privacy, and participation, and work as a supportive teammate across shifts.

You will help with ADLs including bathing, grooming, mobility and feeding, while upholding rights and resident-centered care. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred or will be obtained upon hire. This role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide training program.
• Customer service focus and the ability to demonstrate core values.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transferring and feeding.
• Deliver care with compassion while protecting residents' rights, privacy, dignity and self-determination.
• Be a positive teammate, assist with onboarding of new teammates.
