The Catholic Health Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff that assists the patient/caregiver in the achievement of optimal physical and emotional comfort. This role serves Team 10 across Babylon, Bayshore, Brightwater, Deer Park, Gilgo Beach, Oak Beach, and West Islip.

We offer 5x8 shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) with rotating weekends, generous benefits, and an education reimbursement of $5,250 annually; additional compensation is

Competenze

• Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate
• NYS Driver's License with car in working order
