Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Background check required
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications
• Personal or professional caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement tailored to the individual
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with light housekeeping and errands per care plan
• Monitor client condition and communicate changes, completing shift documentation

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Personal or professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Current TB test (less than a year old)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications

What You'll Do

• Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual.
• Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding.
• Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition. Complete documentation after each shift.

All of our clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not have you care for a client that requires help beyond your comfort level and skill set.
