Qualifications

• Requires appropriate license/designation to provide Personal Care services and ability to pass a skills assessment within 30 days of offer.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at an average adult level.
• Reliable transportation with active insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete required training and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and household management.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Transportation using personal vehicle; errands and shopping.
• Support with medications reminders and scheduling.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to supervisors.
