Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, toileting and transferring
• Change bed linens and launder personal clothing
• Provide medically oriented tasks as assigned (medication assistance, etc.)
• Care for eyeglasses and hearing aids; light home cleaning during care
• Meal preparation and serving; provide companionship and activities
• Report changes in consumer's condition to supervisor promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures
