Safe Life Home Healthcare is seeking a Home Caregiver -Hourly to provide in-home support for clients in South Elgin, IL. The role is full-time with live-in and hourly components, offering competitive pay and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, daily living support, light housekeeping, errands, and safe transport as needed. CNA is preferred but not required; HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands and provide safe transportation when needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health or condition.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
