Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC. is seeking a caregiver to support a young female with total care needs, assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and facilitating community involvement. The position requires a compassionate individual committed to enhancing the life quality of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This role is an independent contractor position that offers $15.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, proven caregiving experience, and an HHA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support the individual during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Prepare meals and perform light cleaning.
• Ensure individual’s safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to outings.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.
