Job summary

Angels Health Service LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in West Chester, PA to provide daily living support and companionship. You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation, following a care plan under supervision.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiving experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to pass background checks. CPR/First Aid is a plus, and a valid driver's license is preferred to support client mobility.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a caring demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
