Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively recruiting CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Marlborough, MA. Immediate openings with flexible weekday and weekend shifts offer long-hour opportunities and weekly pay.

Caregivers assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal support, companionship, and home safety. Certifications and dependable, patient, and communicative individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individualized care plans and client routines
• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team
