Job summary

ComForCare Home Care Marlborough is seeking caring individuals to support clients in their own homes, offering flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement. Caregivers assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and companionship while ensuring safe client transportation to appointments.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, and relevant certifications (MAP preferred, HHA, PCA/CMA/CPR). Transport access is required for traveling between client homes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion and desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Prior caregiving or home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
