Job summary
Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers in Fremont, CA and surrounding areas (Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward). Compensation is $19-20 per hour with flexible 4-10 hour day shifts.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
- Genuine compassion for older adults.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Valid HCA License and TB screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
- Support mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
- Remind clients to take medications.
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
