Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to enrich lives by delivering one-on-one support to residents in the community. Shifts include Full-Time Day, Part-Time Day/Evening, and PRN/On-Call options with no travel required.

You’ll assist with daily activities, personal care, and mobility, while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. The role emphasizes compassionate care, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, background checks, and health-related certifications.

Qualifications

• Nurse aides or caregiver certifications (NAC/HCA/NAR) or grandfathered caregiver with CE credits.
• Prior experience in home care or with elderly residents preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance with daily activities (errands, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility).
• Be a positive presence for residents, their families, and staff.
• Maintain compassionate, tactful communication and safe handling of residents.
