Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or with CNA/HHA background.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support hospital-to-home transitions and higher-acuity care needs as applicable.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Provide safe transportation or errands as needed.
