Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in Spokane County. You will build meaningful connections, provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, meals, and medication reminders, and help clients stay engaged in the community.

Training is provided if you do not yet hold a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant license. Flexible schedules and robust benefits are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Caregiver qualities and reliability required; training is provided for licenses.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication and respect for client dignity.
• Detail-oriented with attention to small but important tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship.

• Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises.
