Job summary

Senior Helpers of Spokane is seeking caring Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes across Coeur d'Alene area and surrounding towns. You will build relationships, assist with daily activities, and help clients stay safe and independent at home.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, training and certification opportunities, and competitive pay. Washington and Idaho care experience welcome, with onboarding to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Empathy and patience with clients.
• Willingness to participate in onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Have engaging conversations with clients to build relationships.
• Participate in clients’ hobbies and activities to promote engagement.
• Prepare meals for clients as needed.
• Assist with walking, ADLs, dressing, and mobility.
• Report activities and client condition updates to the supervisor.
