ComForCare is seeking caring individuals to join our home care team. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and personal care while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience helping clients with daily activities at home is preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and show empathy to clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
