Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CNA license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform mobility tasks.
• Experience with Hoyer lift and mobility devices.
• Read, write and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan.
• Previous at-home caregiver or senior community experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts
