Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Home Health Aide certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care including daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote socialization.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Assist with mobility including lifting and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of care and medications.
• Collaborate with care team for coordinated services.
