Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility, transfers, light exercise or walking.
- Prepare and serve meals to maintain healthy nutrition.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure client safety.
- Offer companionship and engage in activities to improve well-being.
- Follow care plans with compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment; assist with transportation when needed.
