Fedelta Home Care is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home support in Lacey and Yelm, WA. The role offers flexible scheduling, one-on-one care, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with clients in Thurston County.

Ideal candidates will have a valid HCA/CNA/HHA license in Washington or be pursuing licensure; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of industry-related experience.
• Washington State employees: HCA/CNA/HHA license required to maintain employment; Fedelta offers licensure program.
• RN Delegation certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assists with meal preparation and standby care.
• Provides medication reminders and assistance.
• Offers companionship and engagement in activities.
• Drives to appointments and runs errands.
• Assists with bathing, grooming, and light chores.
