Qualifications

• Personal care experience preferred.
• Experience with mobility assistance and transfers.
• Companionship and social engagement skills.
• Basic housekeeping and meal prep tasks.
• Ability to follow a care plan and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and related services per plan of care.
• Assists with hygiene, ambulation, dressing and errands or appointments.
• Performs light housekeeping to maintain comfort.
• Builds trust and rapport with clients.
• Communicates with clients, families, and health professionals to ensure continuity of care.
