Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Houston is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Montgomery, TX. You will provide personal care and related services in clients' homes, including hygiene, transfers, meals, and light housekeeping, while supporting independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of experience as a Caregiver or related field.
• Prior experience in personal care, ROM exercises, transfers, companionship, light cleaning, or caregiving a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide various personal care and related services in accordance with an established plan of care, including but not limited to: Personal Hygiene, Ambulation/Transfers, Dressing/Shaving, Preparing meals and snacks, Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments, Performing light housekeeping activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
