Job summary

Roadrunner Home Health LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their homes or healthcare settings. You will assist individuals with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

You will work with elderly clients and those recovering from illness, providing physical and emotional support, companionship, meal preparation, medication assistance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting or assisting with mobility.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Administer medications as directed and support mobility or transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and home organization.
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior and report concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility exercises or physical activity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Keep accurate records of client activities, progress, and care provided.
