Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency serving Columbus and surrounding communities. You will provide non-medical in‑home care, companionship, and social engagement to help clients live safely and independently at home.

We offer competitive pay from $16 to $19 per hour, overtime eligible, flexible schedules, direct deposit, mileage reimbursement, bonuses, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.
• Negative TB test if applicable.
• National background check required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
