SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned and operated agency. We offer diverse client assignments in home settings, flexible shifts, and a supportive team focused on delivering person-centered care.

As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and families. Competitive pay, overtime, and benefits support a rewarding, local caregiving career.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test on file.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and covering scheduled shifts
