Job summary

Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team and provide one-on-one care in clients' homes across the Santa Fe area. This PRN role offers flexibility across all days, with scheduling based on client needs and your availability.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Maintain current automobile insurance
Pass a criminal background check
Fingerprint-based screening
Pre-employment drug screening
TB screening
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping for a safe home
Assist with medications as delegated
Escort or transport to appointments and errands
Observe and report changes to nursing team
Follow care plans honoring client dignity and independence
