Job summary

As a Cornerstone Caregiving caregiver, you will assist with personal care, medications, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while documenting care and communicating changes to clients and families.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Caregiving or healthcare certifications (welcome but not required, depending on location).
• Genuine passion for helping others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients take prescribed medications as directed.
• Provide mobility assistance in and around the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals based on each client's dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition.
• Complete other caregiving duties as assigned.
