Job summary

Home Instead in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties is seeking a caring Home Caregiver to provide companionship, meals, and personal care to help seniors stay safe at home. Earn $13.00–$14.00/hr with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Join a supportive team with paid training and benefits eligibility. Reliable transportation and two weekly shifts with the same client are preferred to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) OR CNA, HHA, LPN/LVN, or RN
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required)
• Two professional references
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged)
• Complete required screening and any needed compliance steps

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation
• Help with meals and light housekeeping
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use)
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home
