Job summary

Home Instead in Davidson, NC, is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide companionship and essential in-home support. You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, personal care, and safety, building real relationships with clients.

Flexible hours (part-time or full-time), weekly pay, paid training, and a supportive 24/7 team await you. Reliable transportation and at least two weekly shifts are preferred; bilingual skills encouraged.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) OR CNA, HHA, LPN/LVN, or RN
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required)
• Two professional references
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged)
• Complete required screening and any needed compliance steps

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation
• Help with meals and light housekeeping
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use)
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home
