Job summary

Home Instead in Davidson, NC, is seeking a Home Caregiver to help seniors stay safe at home. Earn $13.00–$14.00 per hour with weekly pay, flexible part-time or full-time schedules, and rewards like bonuses for referrals and paid training.

Provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and support personal care. Reliable transportation and two weekly shifts with the same client are required. Benefits vary by eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA, HHA, LPN/LVN, or RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred, not required).
• Two professional references.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual encouraged).
• Complete required screening and any needed compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.
