Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Dallas and surrounding communities.

You'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience? That's okay—reliable, patient people are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned homes.
• Ability to complete required background checks.
• Dependable, caring and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed
• Follow the individual’s care plan
• Document the services you provide
