Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers for non-medical home care in Westmont, IL. Roles include assisting with mobility, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping to keep clients safe and independent at home.

We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, and benefits. Valid driver’s license and 1+ year of caregiving experience are preferred. Full-time or part-time positions available, work location in Westmont, IL.

Qualifications

• Previous home care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to adhere to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
