Job summary

Vibrant Health Homecare in Tacoma, WA is hiring caring, creative, and reliable individuals to join our team as in-home care professionals. You will support clients with daily tasks, provide companionship, and help them maintain independence while delivering respectful, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, managing medications, safe transportation, and helping clients access community resources.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and French.
• CNA or HCA license desired; training opportunities available.
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to new situations.
• Experience with senior care and disabilities is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in accomplishing tasks to the best of their abilities.
• Support clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding).
• Plan and prepare meals with or for the client.
• Ensure medications are taken as scheduled.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Help clients access community resources and stay engaged.

Skills

Bilingual English-French

Education

CNA/HCA license preferred
