You will work with an RN Supervisor in the field, enjoy flexible schedules, competitive pay, training and development, and opportunities for advancement as you grow with us.

We place caregivers with clients across Norfolk and Suffolk Counties and surrounding areas, ensuring a supportive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English required.
Current CNA or HHA certification or caregiving experience required.
Nursing students seeking patient care experience welcome.
Experience in home care is a plus, but kindness and eagerness matter most.
Strong communication and a caring nature are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with mobility, transfers, light exercise or walking.
Prepare and serve meals for healthy, tasty options.
Provide medication reminders and training as needed.
Offer companionship and engage in activities to brighten clients' days.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for helping others and learning.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
Occasionally transport clients to appointments or errands; mileage is reimbursed.
Demonstrate dedication and respect for the team.
