All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care in clients’ homes. You will assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, and support safety and comfort for each client.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including Nurse Delegation certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
