Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

You will tailor care to each client's needs, assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, remind about medications, and support social interaction while promoting independence and dignity. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
