Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in‑home support, including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, and daily living tasks.

This role offers hourly pay starting at $13.50, daily pay options, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
