Altra Homecare Group in Kokomo, IN is seeking compassionate caregivers to join as a PCA, HHA, or CNA, or for applicants with no prior experience. You will provide essential personal care services tailored to each patient’s needs in home settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal prep, safety monitoring, light housekeeping, and documenting care per state regulations. A friendly schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor patient safety.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Record and report changes in patient condition to supervisor.
• Maintain documentation and follow care protocols.
• Offer companionship, including letter-writing and reading.
