Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference in home-based care. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES recipients, with flexible schedules and opportunities across the state.

Caregivers provide daily living assistance, meal prep, mobility support, companionship and more, with pay weekly and options for full-time or part-time roles. Benefits begin after onboarding and continuous growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
