Job summary

Visiting Angels CPD, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/PCA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors in Georgia. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Applicants should have a CNA license in GA or PCA experience, along with CPR/First Aid and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Georgia or PCA experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• TB test within the last 12 months or willingness to complete.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer and assist clients using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards.
• Excellent communication, compassion, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while engaging clients in meaningful activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition and document care accurately using the Axiscare mobile app.
• Follow each client's care plan while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication with clients, families, and the office.
