Job summary

Lillies Helpers Llc in Georgia is seeking dedicated CNAs and PCAs for part-time, per diem, and PRN roles in a home care setting. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meal prep, medication administration, and light housekeeping to support clients aging in place.

Applicants must have GA CNA/PCA certification, a minimum of 5 years in related settings, a valid driver’s license, background check clearance, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Home Care, Nursing Home, or Hospital settings.
• CNA or PCA certification in GA is required.
• Familiarity with Caregiver App to clock in/out.
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• Locations: Macon, GA 31206; Warner Robins; Milledgeville.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with daily activities to support aging in place.
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals to promote health and well‑being.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Engage clients in mental and physical exercises to enhance overall health.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of clients at all times.
