Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home and to appointments.
• Help with personal care, hygiene, and routine activities.
• Support rehabilitation exercises and prescribed physical therapy.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation considering dietary needs.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
