Job summary
Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds is hiring experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to provide one-on-one home care in Edmonds and surrounding areas. Earn $22-$25 per hour with weekly pay, and enjoy flexible full-time and part-time shifts in clients' homes.
Ideal candidates have previous caregiving experience in SNFs, assisted living, memory care, or rehab settings, current WA CNA/HCA credentials, reliable transportation, and a caring, professional approach to helping seniors live safely
Qualifications
- Experience in SNFs, assisted living, memory care, rehab centers or adult family homes is valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Must pass background check and medical clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meals, med reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
- Observe and report changes in health and well-being.
- Promote independence and dignity in daily living.
