Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds is seeking compassionate caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors in Edmonds, Woodway, and surrounding areas. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with weekly pay, PTO, sick pay, and paid training.

The team supports clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently at home, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HCA certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and medical clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Help create a safe and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in clients' health or well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
