CareBuilders at Home in Michigan is seeking a compassionate CNA or HHA to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. You will follow care plans, monitor vital signs, and help clients maintain independence and dignity.

We offer competitive pay ($16.00 up to $21.00 hourly), medical, dental, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 401k plan, life and disability insurance, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved certified nursing program and/or successful passing of a competency evaluation program which meets state regulations.
• Meets state specific certification requirements and possesses unrestricted certification as a CNA.
• At least one year of work experience as a CNA or HHA in a homecare setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsabilités

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality relative to patient care and HIPAA requirements.
• Documents patient care as assigned in accordance with facility policies.
• Follows the patient's plan of care as assigned and delivers personal care services.
• Takes vital signs and records patient input/output per facility protocols.
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may vary by assignment and may change at any time.
