Job summary
CAREMATE WELLNESS SOLUTIONS LLC in Venus, TX is hiring for a direct care role providing non-medical personal care in clients' homes. You will follow an approved plan of care and assist with activities of daily living with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
The position offers a starting salary of $13.02 per hour, a semi-monthly pay schedule, flexible shifts, and health/wellness benefit options. Advancement opportunities are available for motivated caregivers.
Qualifications
- 6+ months direct caregiving experience preferred; some training provided.
- Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's disease helpful.
- Patience and compassion for elderly or disabled.
- Provide 2 professional references.
- Must meet background eligibility requirements.
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical personal care per approved plan of care.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meal prep, mobility).
- Support family caregivers by teaching safe transfer and repositioning techniques.
- Maintain a safe, clean home care environment according to agency standards.
- Stay current with industry information through ongoing education opportunities.
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and legal requirements to protect clients.
