You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping while prioritizing client safety and independence. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for training, and a supportive team focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is an asset.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients during visits.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to the healthcare team or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
