University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients in Auburn Hills, MI. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and comfort in a home environment.

The position focuses on assisting with personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and companionship, while following established care plans and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with mobility and transferring safely to prevent injury.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to the supervisor.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
