Job summary

DOMA in Hudson, WI is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help individuals live independently, reach personal goals, and enhance overall quality of life. You will provide direct care in clients' homes and assist with daily living activities to promote autonomy.

Shifts include full-time and part-time options with a pay rate of $18 per hour. Benefits include PTO, a 401(k), and on-demand pay; a valid driver's license and successful background check are required, along with strong

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license if driving is required.
Background check must be passable.
Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and staff.
Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
Support development of independent living skills.
Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
Administer medications and monitor health conditions as required.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Complete required training modules and certifications.
Communicate with individuals, families and team members to ensure high-quality care.
