Job summary

Zirachhomecare is seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will assist with personal care, provide companionship, prepare meals, support mobility, and help with medications in clients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Support mobility and safe movement throughout the home.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team.
